When we purchase fish at HANOS, we're always conscious of the effect that the fishing has on the environment. That's why we participate in projects focused on environmental sustainability. Most of our fish is sustainably caught. The processing of our fish is done in-house, in accordance with the HACCP quality standards.
HANOS collaborates with fresh fish trader Jan van As. Our collaboration with this partner means that we can offer a very extensive assortment of fish, even online! Please find an overview of all our fish products, divided over the eight sub categories above. From sushi to terrines and from caviar to whole fish.
Would you like to sample some of our fish products? Visit the fish department in one of our wholesale stores, where you'll find a new sample product on the tasting table every other week.
